My husband knows how to cook a steak and what he did with the Wagyu Filet Medallions was no exception. They were melt in your mouth tender and delicious. Even if he wasn't so good at it I think they would be hard to mess up unless you way over cooked them.
We braised the sirloin tip roast in broth and wine and it was tender and delicious! Arrowhead beef never disappoints!
Delicious beef jerky! We had it when we were down on 30A at Thanksgiving. Very good, no additives, natural.
Got the half angus cow shipped and couldn’t be more pleased with product. All individually vacuumed sealed ready to freeze. Great tasting and will order again once we start running low. Thank you!
