Pieces are 1/2 a rack each; approximately 2.5 lbs.

Wagyu Short Ribs are awesome

I cook everything That I buy from Arrowhead Beef on my Traeger Pellet smoker grill, I will never stop getting my Meat From them, at as long as they are providing it..
