Well, not only do we have complete control over every aspect of our animal's lives but we make all our own broth in house. Our recipe results in a 1/2 pound of whole ingredients in every 8 oz cup of broth. Plus, we slow simmer our beef broth for at least 72 hours. No one else does that.

Beef Broth Ingredients: Filtered Water, Grass-Fed/Finished Beef Bones, Chicken Feet, Organic Carrots, Organic Red Onions, Organic Garlic, Sea Salt
Broth is packaged in Quart and Pint containers. Actually liquid volume is 30 oz due to the expansion when freezing. Broth is shipped just like our steaks; frozen in Styrofoam coolers with dry ice. While some of the liquid might melt in transit as long as the broth is still cool it is safe to drink or freeze.
Once thawed consume in 7 days for peak freshness or freeze the remainder until ready to use.

Bone Broth : Classic Beef
This is my first time ordering from a local (FL) farm but wanted to try it out and support local farmers. I have to say I was a little disappointed in the beef assortment when it arrived as it was not all labeled "Wagyu", only some of it was. I replied to the email with questions and one of the owners stated he would rather call to discuss. extremely happy with his answers to my questions. I will say it is some of the best customer service I have ever received - and from an owner at that!!!! Tony is who I spoke with and i started off by telling him the BONE BROTH WAS OUTSTANDING. I really don't think you can even compare it to others, it is exceptional. just ordered another 4 quarts getting shipped today.
