Move over Jimmy Dean, it's time for some Berkshire ground pork breakfast sausage. 

We use a take on a old standard for a breakfast blend and use completely 100% organic ingredients for our seasoning.

 

Ingredients:

  • organic coconut sugar
  • sea salt
  • organic paprika
  • organic cayenne
  • organic onion powder
  • organic garlic powder
  • organic black pepper
  • organic sage
  • organic nutmeg

Sausage comes seasoned and ground but you have to make your own breakfast patties!

Not just for breakfast...

We formed this sausage into meatballs, roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes on a sheet pan, added the meatballs halfway through. When the meatballs were done, took them off the pan and added a bag of spinach to the sheet pan - stirred them around in the juices from the breakfast blend and guess what my 15-year-old son said after seeing his plate filled, "Are we eating gourmet tonight?" Seriously good. This sausage is the bomb!
