First time trying your beef, my husband and I, as well as our daughter. We seared them on top the stove and they were very delicious and tender. I have 3 other pkgs. of Arrowhead beef in my freezer, then can’t wait to order more filets. We cooked them to medium rare, yet one went a bit past, med. well, but still did not disappoint even then.
We absolutely love the beef we have received from Arrowhead. They were prompt and kind when making our selections and were able to answer all our questions. The quality is top notch and we are loving every meal that we cook. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone. And the shipping was great, including the tracking and overall quality of the packaging.
We are absolutely in love with our new cowhide rug, Beatrice. She completes & elevates the entire room. Her color is a rich brown & her coat is so shiny. This is a great quality handmade piece. We follow the American Grass Fed Association's feeding standards for beef which not only means 100% Grass Fed AND Grass-Finished but all livestock are also completely Hormone-free and Antibiotic-free.
This includes no mRNA vaccines. Not now, not ever.
