The Wagyu Steak End Cuts, are just as good as the real thing but not as pretty! Basically when we cut the primal loin, we are left with thin/thick slices of steaks that aren't good enough to be labeled as a single steak. So we save this 'end cuts' and sell them cheap for those who want a Wagyu Steak that just looks a little bit different :)
These will be NY Strip and Ribeye and can be from any and all grades (market, classic and signature). We don't label them differently so you'll get a surprise each time!
