The Wagyu Filet Medallions, are individually packaged filets that aren't big enough for the 6-8 oz category, and thus not fair to charge the 6-8 oz filet price.
You will receive multiple pieces, of mixed grades (signature, classic & market) that total around 1 lb of filet.
This would be bigger pieces than the Filet Tips but small than the proper 6+ oz filets!
