Soup Bones

I couldn’t be happier with the quality from Arrowhead Beef! The meat is incredibly fresh, tender, and full of flavor—definitely a cut above what you find elsewhere. The bones are perfect for making rich, flavorful broths, and you can tell they’re from healthy, well-sourced animals. I roasted the soup bones and then made broth in my power pressure cooker (5 hours). Delicious and the chilled broth completely congeals because there is so much gelatin in it. A nourishing way to start the day is to drink a cup. My dog delights in eating the bones so they play double duty as dog treats once the broth is made.

I wanted the bones to make pho. The bones were great because they had good amount of tendon and fat. I was not able to find bones like these in different supermarkets near FL-AL area. I highly recommend the bones.

These bones don’t have much meat on them, but they are great for stock- which is what we wanted! They have a customer for life!

The bones get a little big for the dogs when they are close to a joint but they make a great soup base!!
