This is pasture raised and corn-finished.  The breed is Angus and Angus Cross.

In addition to our very popular grass-fed/finished beef that we raise (The Parthenais and Limosuin breeds) we also have a small herd of Angus that we feed out on corn.  We have decided to also offer this beef to the public as we are receiving increased demand for bulk beef options.

This is a deposit only.  

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY OTHER ITEM AT THE SAME TIME. 
DO NOT PURCHASE ANY OTHER BEEF OR PORK SHARE AT THE SAME TIME.

Price is $6.25/lb for the hanging weight of the animal.

Average Half Cow Hanging Weight : 300 - 400 lbs

Average Half Cow Take Home Weight : 180 - 250 lbs

Standard Beef Cuts: Chuck Roast, Tip Roast, Brisket, Rump Roast, Shank, Short Ribs, T-Bone, Rib Eye, Sirloin, Ground Beef, Stew Meat (optional to save soup bones & organ meats).

Deposit is non-refundable after we confirm your harvest date and you accept the schedule.

 

In order to receive Route Package Protection on your beef or pork order, you will be charged a portion of the Route cost with the initial deposit and the remaining balance (up to 3% of the order subtotal) on the final invoice.

Amazing T-Bones

Finally got to have some of our T-Bones tonight. Very good beef it tasted wonderful and very tender. We bought the Angus half/corn finished. I grew up on a farm and ranch in Montana and definitely know Angus beef, we used to butcher our own. But now we're so far from the ranch back home the logistics make it tough to get beef from our childhood ranches. So, we had to find a place near us here. We searched around an found Arrowhead Beef and we're very pleased with the price and the meat. I'm sure the rest of the beef will be just as good as these first few steaks have been. Can't wait till we get into the rest of our beef from Arrowhead. It was quite a wait but worth it and glad we found Arrowhead and we'll definitely be back for more and maybe even a hog someday. Tony was great he was "Johnny on the spot" when I asked anything of him. Thanks a lot Tony and we'll see you again someday.

Good Beef

We waited a long time, but the meat is good and we are enjoying it. Would like it if more attention is paid to cutting out the dark dry aged portions when butchering. Overall top notch.... I will be back for more.

Good Beef!

Meat tastes very good! Feels nice to eat beef that is not full of additives, etc.
We didn't get the bones and organs as requested but otherwise smooth transaction and quality meat.

Oh no!! Where did those bones and organs run off to!? Double quantity when you return!!
