Move over Jimmy Dean, it's time for some Berkshire ground pork sausage from Tony and the crew at Arrowhead Beef. 

This is my favorite blend, which is not sweet and has a flavor that can be used in nearly any dish that calls for seasoned ground pork.

 

Ingredients:

  • organic black pepper
  • sea salt
  • organic onion powder
  • organic garlic powder
  • organic red pepper
  • organic fennel
  • organic thyme
  • organic celery seed

Sausage comes seasoned and ground but you have to make your own breakfast patties!

Love it!!!

We put it in egg casserole, pasta sauce, or just roast it as meatballs as the main course along with roasted potatoes and veggies. Couldn't ask for anything better!

Perfect breakfast item

The sausage is delicious- a perfect addition to my Sunday breakfast of sunny side-up eggs and grits with sourdough toast.

Let's not forget the fresh, hand-squeezed orange juice and Sunday funnies!!

BEST SAUSAGE EVER!!!

Not only is the flavor excellent, but there was no fat to drain off! Incredible. It's a testament to how well Arrowhead is raising their livestock. I can't say thank you enough. We have loved everything we've bought so far - bacon is to die for - but how this sausage cooked up just put us on your lifelong customer list.
