Not my grandmothers pork pie!

We of French Canadian descent have a Christmas Eve tradition: pork pie
I made it this year with the ground pork from you and it was THE BEST EVER! I can't even put my finger on it, maybe it was just such good quality and local and natural? My Memere would be impressed. Thank you for being a big part of my Christmas Eve 2022. We had some weary travelers from afar to feed and did it oh so well because of this! God bless us every one :) PS Followed by Key Lime Pie, I mean it IS Florida...
