Arguably the most important part of the entire cow is the marrow.  Extremely nutrient dense the marrow, known by some as prairie butter, is best 

Size: 1 - 1.5 lbs circular cut, 1.5 - 2 lb circular cut, ~2 lbs canoe cut

Cook: Roast and eat with a spoon!

Fantastic!! Couldn’t be happier!

I was so thrilled to find this amazing source of canoe cut, grass fed/finished marrow bones. Not only were the bones full of rich, meaty, delicious narrow, but customer service was top notch! The bones & meats I ordered were packaged beautifully and professionally. I could not be more satisfied.

So glad you finally got the bones. The canoe cut is very infrequent here so keep your eye out or shoot me a text as a reminded to let you know when we get more. I cut and packaged those for you too. Small team here!
